Angel and Josh are getting married! After being together for over 5 years, this romantic couple says it's about time they tied the knot! I had a wonderful time photographing their engagement session in the gorgeous weather--we explored, laughed, battled insane wind...all in the name of capturing their love for each other on film--such a heartwarming sight. I hope that they look back on these images years from now and see the adoration and happiness in their eyes...the silent joy conveyed when they look at each other. Gives me goose bumps! I cannot wait for their big day!

Jodi and Arturo are one of my summer weddings, and from our first meeting, I knew we were a great fit! They both have fantastic laid back personalities and are the kind of people who have fun in every situation. We had a great time wandering the streets and finding fun new places to shoot!

Andrew & Jaclyn are Engaged and In LOVE! [Dallas / Fort Worth Wedding Photographer]

When I first met Jaclyn and Andrew, I was struck by how adorable they were together--they seemed as if their relationship had that great depth--the kind that comes from knowing each other for a long time...the kind that is built solidly on a strong friendship. They playfully anticipate each others next move, know how to meet half-way and seem to have a great, grounded outlook on life. Couples like this make my heart melt because it's this kind of love that is built to last...the kind that rolls with the punches of life and emerges stronger with each day, even more deeply rooted than the one before.

It's no surprise that I had a wonderful time photographing their engagement session! We captured stolen moments and attempted to depict a few of the different sides of their multi-faceted relationship. It's only appropriate that regardless of the setting or clothing, they both look incredibly happy and in love. Thank you so very much for allowing me to be a part of such an incredible time in your lives--I can't wait for your wedding next year!

Alison and Matt: Engaged and InLOVE [Dallas/Fort Worth Wedding Photographer]

Alison and Matt...what can I say? They are a gorgeous couple...totally in love...incredibly witty and fun...and they invited me to shoot their wedding in Napa. Can someone pinch me? Wow. I am the luckiest gal alive!
I absolutely adored this concept of the traditional 'white picket fence'--so fun! We have soooo much to post from Napa, but that will have to wait for another day--stay tuned!

Ann & Ben are Engaged! [Dallas Engagement and Wedding Photographer]

Meet Ann and Ben-sweet couple who are getting married in August. The couple wanted to commemorate the magic of their first date, so we revisited the locations via the Dallas Trolley. It was so fun to see them reminisce and reflect on memories from that night!

[Oh--and check out Ann's dress--her mother is an amazing designer and seamstress. Everything I have seen her make is absolutely unique and gorgeous! I don't have one showing the feathers here, but I'll post one of those later!]

After that, we went on a search for some color! Congratulations Ann and Ben, I can't wait for your wedding in August!

I am such a luck girl. I get to photograph Alison and Matthew's wedding this summer...and guess where it is! It's in...NAPA! I can hardly contain myself! I get to go to such a beautiful place to be a part of a very special day for this super-cool couple. Seriously, somebody pinch me...it's gotta be a dream. But wait--I never sleep ;) I guess it must be real!

Alison and Matt are troupers! Not only did they drive all the way from Houston for their engagement session, but they also did it despite the frigid temperatures and insane wind! Despite the environmental set backs, Alison and Matt remained calm and optimistic--I just LOVE that! I am so excited to photograph their destination wedding in July!

I am so excited to photograph the wedding of Jessica and Ross in April. They are really a fun couple with so much personality! These guys are incredible sports--their engagement session faced a few unforeseen obstacles, yet they were still able to keep an open mind and a great attitude...even when it was FREEZING!

Sometimes I meet clients and something surreal happens--we begin talking like old friends...we find we have many common interests...and things just fall effortlessly into place as if it were meant to be. This is how I felt when I met Rebecca and Matt.

I cannot tell you how much I adore this pair! They are a fun, easy going couple that could have a great time no matter where they are. I know this will be a enormous strength in their marriage! And the way they look at each other...let's just say it's pretty clear that they are head-over-heels in love. It's infectious, beautiful and something everyone should experience in life--at least once!
